to support the establishment and recognition of basic institutions of liberalism such as market economy, rule of law, human rights, limited and responsible government and basic values of liberalism such as individual, liberty, justice, peace and tolerence;
to support the cultivation of youths who have adopted liberal values and to provide them a social atmosphere;
to provide moral and material support to the young liberals.
